I am a riparian restoration ecologist with a passion for Geographical Information Systems and spatial analysis. I am looking for a job or internship in land stewardship, city sustainability, or restoration planning that calls for my GIS skillset. 

I have a broad interest in ecology, with experience in botany and bird field research. I can identify birds by song and call as well as sight. I have studied botany and vegetation in California native ecosystems, with a concentration on the Sierra Nevada and San Francisco Bay Area. 

I am proficient in ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, ArcGIS Online, and Adobe tools. 

My focus in graduate school has been growing GIS and restoration management skills for the workplace. I would like to be working on watershed-scale riparian restoration planning for a local governmental organization, NGO, or Resource Conservation District.
