Sea Level Rise 

I asked whether neighborhoods are more or less vulnerable to sea level rise, but found that while they are spatially clustered, wealth and economically disadvantaged neighborhoods are equally vulnerable--flood vulnerability is geographic, not demographic. I did not include plans to fortify local low-lying cities. A next analysis would include whether cities without a rich tax base will be able to prevent inundation in the way wealthier communities are planning to do.
